TRIP ADVISOR ~ June 2017: Shannon, Carlsbad, California: "Love the Location for Our Corporate Retreat. Our company is "local" so we didn't book rooms but we all loved the meeting location, Our events coordinator, Kelly, was more than accommodating and bent over backwards to make sure all our needs were met upon arrival and throughout our three days in their meeting room/banquet facility. The deal was outstanding and Kelly and her crew made it simple for us to basically, "just show up". Her caterer suggestions were spot on based on what we asked for and she also was able to provide chairs, tables, linens and her cooler plus ice and for our last night, a lovely bartender who was a lot of fun. We will be back next year!

The care we received from their Guest Services Staff and the Events Manager, Miss Kelly, was nothing less than amazing. Our rooms were exactly what we needed and the price was super since we booked the same day as we booked our banquet rooms as suggested, We received a detailed receipt the day we booked and we also received a contract within 5 days as promised - very professional. Our reception didn't end until after 11 pm and it was comforting to know that my family and me and my new husband only needed to walk safely to our rooms. We reserved the smaller banquet room for the next day and we all met for a nice, continental breakfast arranged by Kelly - it was perfect. I highly recommend Tuscany Hills Retreat to anyone who is looking for a place to get married, have a party and have their family stay over. Everyone was very warm and caring and made us feel very special!"
